As you guys saw from my post on Friday, Friday was my thirtieth birthday! In my post I talked about how this milestone definitely hit me hard but not hard enough to keep me from celebrating and boy did I! It was such a wonderful weekend filled with lots and lots of fun and love. I'm completely blessed!
I started celebrating early on Friday since my boss gave me the day off and that morning I got a massage. If you know me you know I LOVE massages and I always make a point to get on my actual birthday. Afterwards I shopped through Target along with the rest of the women also in yoga pants with a Starbs in hand, it was blissful. That afternoon Kyle and I head to Oklahoma City for the OKC Thunder game. I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate my actual birthday than with the Thunder guys! My best friend works for the Thunder and she made my night so special, I just love her! She met me with a birthday cupcake, had my birthday put on the jumbotron, even got me a Rumble birthday button and along with few other Thunder perks we had awesome seats and won!! Thunder Up!!! {Sorry for the overload of pics but I love them all too much not to share!}
Saturday morning I rode back down to OKC with my best friend Megan and started a girls day full of celebrating! That afternoon me and a few of my close friends all got blo outs at Blo and it was so much fun!! If you aren't familiar with blo outs, they are amazing if you have a blo bar in your area, treat yourself ladies! Full pampering and you leave with your hair looking amazing! This was all of our first times to get a blo out and we all really enjoyed it! Thanks Blo OKC for making me and my friends look so good! I can't wait until Tulsa gets a blo bar, I won't be able to stop myself from some pampering!
After we all had beautiful hair we had dinner and drinks by the lake and it turned out to be such a beautiful night! A couple of the girls surprised me with the most adorable cake, I loved it! We took our time at dinner and I enjoyed every bit of it! All of these ladies were in my wedding and I don't think I've seen them all at once since so it was so nice! I love them, thanks girls for making my night so special!!
30 candles is a lot to blow out!!
That night I made the trip back home to get some sleep for another big day. On Sunday morning my mother in law was getting baptized so we weren't about to miss this special time. We are so very proud of her! My in-laws still attend the church that Kyle and I both grew up going to and that's also where we met. So, it was kind of nice to visit.
After church we spent the day at my in-laws where we had lunch and spent a lot of time with family. My nephew Cyrus was also having his six month pics taken so I couldn't resist snapping a couple.

We joked that Cyrus is definitely my sister in law's second child since he got a cupcake at six months. How cute is this?!
That evening my parents met Kyle and I at our church cause that's exactly what I asked for. Almost all of my family go to different churches so I love our church so much I wanted us to all attend together. It ended up that only my parents could make it but that's ok I was so happy and blessed for us all to worship together. Then we met up with my little sister and ended my birthday weekend with dinner. I guess after taking so many pics this weekend I just completely forgot to get one of all us and was so sad! I almost called them after we left to meet up for a quick picture but I was too tired! So, in the end I was not really looking forward to being thirty but this birthday was so amazing that I'd turn thirty over and over again! Thank you SO much to everyone that made my day/weekend so perfect, I love you guys!
Bring on a great third decade!
Sounds like a perfect birthday weekend! I love your jumpsuit, you totally rocked it and look amazing!!
