Stocking Stuffer Ideas

Stocking stuffers are one of my favorite parts of gift giving. I love to pick out the small little items that will make them smile. Growing up we always opened our stockings at the end of opening presents and we still carry on that tradition. Since they are the last of the gifts I love to see people get happy when they receive fun little gifts that are often, in my own opinion, better than the larger items they may have just opened. My husband's family wasn't big on stockings growing up where as in my family was so I love to stuff his stocking extra full every Christmas. Here are a few ideas I have put together for her and him.

PS: Target has a really cute antler bottle opener as well. It is black and only five bucks! Unfortunately I wasn't able to find it online to include, but I do love the gold one as well. What stocking stuffer ideas do you have? I'm always looking for ideas!
Linking up today with these lovely ladies to share a few of my favorite things for this Christmas!

My Cozy Wish List

Cozy Wish List

This weekend we had our first snowfall here in Oklahoma of the season. We had maybe a week and half of actual fall weather between upper eighty degrees and now mid twenties. Burr! I'm really hoping the fall weather makes an appearance again but the frigid temps now have me dreaming of all these wonderful cozy things I "need". I didn't have time to do my normal Friday Favorites post last week and with April's Christmas list linkup starting tomorrow I thought this post would make up for both. Although it isn't my official Christmas list for the year I do love all these things!

I mean seriously, this just sounds heavenly. I typically stick to the more fresh scents in the shower...until the holidays and then all that just changes! Give me any and all holiday scented products!

Target is killing it with all of their Christmas items. I want it all! How fun is this cute coffee cup?! I'm already picturing myself cuddled up by the fire with this filled with yummy hot chocolate.

I love a nice hoodie that doesn't scream "I'm a total bum." I love how this looks so comfy but yet not tacky.

Like I said, Target does it again. I'm swooning over this throw. Like, straight dying to have this jewel.

Oh the search to find the "perfect pair of leggings" continues. Not too thick but not too thin. Not too tight but not bunchy. I've heard great things about Hue leggings. Have any of you ladies tried them out?

How cute are these L.L. Bean lookalikes? Kohl's has these babies on sale right now. I definitely do not need winter boots but these are too cute.

Target again. I may have shopped at four different Targets this weekend, {a tad embarrassing} but anyways I obviously found some super cute items.

This candle is apparently Bath & Body Work's most popular selling candle, who knew?! I started my search a little too late this year and have yet to get my hands on one. Anyone else in love with this candle? Were you able to snatch it up this year?

What are some of the must haves you've found lately? Are they on your Christmas list? Have a great Monday y'all!

Fall Fashion Picks

Even though the temps are supposed to sore close to ninety this weekend in Oklahoma I am loving this year’s fall fashion. I have put together some of my favorites that I’ve picked up this season or hope to really soon.  I love this look and that it can be dressed up with a circle skirt or more casual with a great pair of skinny jeans.

  Fall Fashion Picks

A couple weeks ago on my Friday favorites I had mentioned I was kicking myself for not getting the Zara Blanket scarf at the end of winter and how badly I wanted one.  That afternoon I was able to snag a dupe blanket scarf off Groopdealz for twenty bucks! I am anxiously awaiting its arrival and hoping it looks very similar to the Zara.It is sold out on their site but hopefully they will bring it back for those of you still looking for yours.

I picked up this faux leather bomber jacket from Target last month before my trip to Utah and I’m very pleased. I haven’t gotten to wear it much since the temps here are still somewhat warm but I’ve already got great plans for it.

The lipstick is Sin by MAC but I have been told that Plum by Maybelline and Cherry Bomb by Wet and Wild are very similar and cheaper. I am dying to have OPI’s “Skating in Iceland” off their fall collection. Every time I’ve been to Ulta recently to pick it up they are out.

I know it is probably just my preference but for some reason I don’t like to wear my aviator style glasses in the fall and winter. So, since I snapped my last pair of tortoise colored glasses in half I’m eying this pair from Target.

Lastly, these booties. J Simpson does it again and I am completely in love and crushing on these heels big time. I spotted them at Dillards last month and it was love at first sight. I’ve been watching them online and they dropped by forty dollars this week on Amazon and I am THIS close to pulling the trigger. I mean, how can I not?! They are perfect and how sexy is that slit? What do you guys think? Eeek

What does your fall style look like this year? What items have you picked up or are you eyeing that are must haves?

4th of July Faves

4th of July Faves

So many cute things out this year for the Fourth of July. I just wanted to share some of my favorites. I realize the baby sandals are a little random since I don't have kids but seriously, how cute are these!? I tried to buy them for my friend's boys but she quickly said no. You can find them here at Target. Also, loving the red white and blue bow tank top but I just can't break down and spend $36 on it. I don't love it that much but it is pretty stinking cute.

What does your Fourth of July outfit look like or what are your faves this year?

Summer Must Haves

It is safe to say it is definitely summer here in the South! Oklahoma has really warmed up in the past couple of weeks and I have been dressing to stay as cool as possible. I thought I would share some of the things I am loving in my closet or hope to have in it soon!

ONE: Maxi Dresses, I love them! I used to think I couldn't pull them off cause I'm sorta on the shorter side but I just pair them with wedges if they are too long and they're perfect. I love all sundresses but maxi dresses are really versatile and easy to turn from a day outfit to a more dressy for an evening out. Sandals in the afternoon for a casual wear and then throw on a pair of wedges and some accessories and you then are ready for date night!

TWO: Sunglass, I love them! I usually get 3 or 4 cheap pairs for the summer. Forever 21 has a great selection and so affordable. I typically lose three of the pairs in the lake each summer so I go cheap but still cute! Just got these floral aviators and love them!

THREE: Cute accessories, especially bangle bracelets. It is so easy to make a casual cool summer outfit super cute with a few accessories!

FOUR: It is no secret, I am just obsessed with anything raspberry flavored lately :)

FIVE: I have this H&M tank top in coral pink and black because I love it so much! Its really comfy and light so it is nice and breezy. I pair it with a tube top under it because it is a little low on the sides and see-through and usually wear a bright colored necklace.

SIX: I have a great leather weaved teal clutch that I have been loving this summer! I couldn't find it available online. It is bright, fun and easy to just grab and go.

SEVEN: These black dress shorts from Target are a staple in my wardrobe this summer. Great with a dressy tank top and heels and it is the perfect outfit for a fun night! Plus you can get them even cheaper by using Target's mobile coupon!

EIGHT: I don't own these yet but how adorable are they?! And I am definitely loving neon colors this season!

What are some of your summer favorites in your closet this year?
